Job summary

PCC GRoup in Mexico is seeking a seasoned professional to drive polyurethane raw materials sales and develop regional business strategies. You will initiate product development based on customer needs and build strong partnerships.

You will visit customers regularly, attend trade fairs, prepare forecasts, and negotiate terms of sale with new clients. Travel frequently and work on growth-oriented projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Chemical educational background or minimum 5 years in sales or technical customer service in chemical polyurethanes industry.
• Experience in negotiations with senior management level in international sales.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Business experience; knowledge of the polyurethanes industry is an advantage.
• Ability to build and develop relations with customers and business partners.
• Very good command of written and spoken Spanish.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• A self-starter with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Development of POLYURETHANE RAW MATERIALS sales in Mexico.
• Participating in business development strategy building.
• Initiating new products development based on identified customers needs.
• Visiting customers in the region regularly, attending trade fairs and related activities to develop market intelligence and to access customers directly.
• Preparing sales forecasts, sales analyses and actions plans.
• Negotiating terms of sale and contracts, acquiring new clients.
• Interesting and independent work development-oriented projects.
