Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Territory Leader for the COMEX brand in Mexico. You will develop relationships with dealers, drive sales growth, and report to the Architectural Coatings team within the Mexico Sales structure.

The position is located in Cd del Carmen Campeche and involves strategic negotiation, field visits, and performance analytics to maximize dealer productivity and customer experience. You will collaborate with the training center, design commercial agreements, and monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced level of English required.
• 3 years of proven experience in commercial, retail or technical knowledge of a product.
• 3+ years with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training center to align programs with regional needs and dealership structure.
• Strategize and negotiate commercial agreements with dealers, including POS improvements and productivity bonuses.
• Visit assigned points of sale and external customers to monitor service levels.
• Analyze market data and POS behavior, add indicators to understand customer dynamics and performance.
