Job summary

Proarcai is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Engineering Plastics in Automotive to lead growth in Mexico. You will build relationships with OEMs and Tier1/2 suppliers, identify opportunities, and drive the market presence.

You will collaborate with European teams, leverage existing networks, and become the first local employee shaping the region's strategy while traveling across Mexico and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have solid experience in engineering plastics, polyamides, compounds, or related materials.
• Proven commercial success within the Mexican automotive industry with OEMs and Tier suppliers.
• Strong business development and account management skills for strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for Mexico in the automotive plastics sector.
• Cultivate relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and direct customers.
• Collaborate with European Account Managers and NA teams to expand opportunities.
