Simplex Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead direct sales in Mexico for a global plastics materials producer, embedding engineering polymer solutions across automotive, industrial and electronics sectors.

The role centers on building long-term OEM partnerships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with international tech, sales and R&D teams to establish the new regional entity.

Formación

• Senior track record in polymer materials, especially high‑performance engineering plastics.
• Deep knowledge of Mexico's industrial landscape (auto, industrial, electronics).
• Proven capability in technical business development and revenue growth.
• Self-motivated, autonomous and results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and manage direct sales strategies across the Mexican market.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and grow client partnerships.
• Cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with key OEMs.
• Serve as primary commercial contact within the region.
• Collaborate with international technical, sales and R&D divisions.
• Play a central role in scaling and establishing the new regional entity.
