PSC Industries is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Specialist in Mexico to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients. You will ensure compliance with local labor and tax laws, perform payroll calculations in the BIPO system, and collaborate with finance, legal, and HR to resolve issues and audits.

The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of local regulations, and English proficiency for regional client communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, business or related field in Mexico.
• 3+ years payroll operations experience in Mexico.
• Experience managing payroll and local statutory benefits.
• Strong knowledge of labor and tax regulations in Mexico.
• Advanced Excel and payroll systems (e.g., Meta4, SAP, ADP, Runa, Buk).
• English proficiency for regional client communication.
• Highly organized, able to multitask under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients in Mexico.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and SLAs.
• Perform payroll calculations in BIPO’s system.
• Collaborate with clients’ finance, legal, HR to resolve issues.
• Review tax, social security, savings funds, PTU components.
• Lead onboarding of new clients or country operations.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Stay updated on labor and tax legislation.
• Maintain daily client communication and service delivery.
• Double-check payroll calculations in system.
• Respond to employee questions.
