Kearney in Mexico City seeks a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a 6–9 month contract. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and strong payroll support for employees and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of payroll experience in Mexico, plus expertise with ADP, SAP, UKG, Oracle, Workday, or local platforms, and advanced Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years payroll processing experience in Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT and ISR tax regulations.
• Experience with common payroll systems: ADP, SAP, UKG, Oracle, Workday or local Mexican platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll cycles accurately.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and settlements.
• Handle employee payroll transactions (new hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes).
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican payroll regulations and tax reporting.
• Prepare statutory reports to IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT; calculate ISR withholdings.
