Job summary

Koch Mexico is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll in Mexico, ensuring accurate and timely delivery across entities. You will analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and support labor, tax, and social security compliance.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits and external providers to strengthen controls and improve payroll processes and systems.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience in Mexico.
• Knowledge of payroll calculations, taxes, benefits, and Mexican labor requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliations, and pivot tables.
• Experience with payroll or time-and-attendance systems (Eslabón, Kronos, SAP, TREES, RH7).

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate weekly and biweekly payrolls for assigned entities.
• Validate inputs, data, time records, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits; resolve exceptions.
• Process terminations, severance, profit sharing, year-end adjustments.
• Complete payroll, tax, payment, and accounting reconciliations; prepare accruals and journal entries.
• Support compliance with payroll, labor, tax, and social security rules (SAT, CFDI, ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT).
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits and external providers to resolve issues and improve processes.
