Job summary

SKINTIFIC México is seeking a Key Account Manager – Modern Trade to lead and grow strategic partnerships with major modern trade retailers. You will drive revenue, ensure in-store excellence, and execute promotional strategies while coordinating with regional leadership for sustainable growth.

The role requires 6+ years in modern trade/KAM within FMCG, English fluency, and existing retail relationships. Will travel as needed and join ASAP for a fast-growing multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience as Modern Trade/ Key Account/ Branch Manager in FMCG, preferably Personal Care/ Skincare.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Having an existing relationship with a modern trade account (hyper/supermarket, minimarket, health & beauty store).
• Able to Develop channel sales strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed.
• Able to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Meet & exceed sales targets as assigned.
• Identify and acquire new distributors and up-sell to existing customers.
• Track & report activities of competitors.
• Develop market intelligence and monitor competitor activities in trade channels.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and maintain robust pipeline.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
• Coordinate with other teams for on-time delivery of products and services.
• Prepare regular reports and participate in performance reviews.
• Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
