SKINTIFIC is seeking a Senior Trade Marketing Associate to develop and execute trade marketing strategies across Mexico’s modern trade and retail channels. You will drive promotions, in-store activations, and product launches while coordinating with Sales and Marketing to align with business goals.

The role requires 4+ years in FMCG trade marketing, strong English skills, and hands-on experience with retail merchandising, budgeting, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing or a related commercial marketing role within FMCG.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with modern trade channels in health/beauty retail.

About the Role

As a Senior Trade Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to strengthen SKINTIFIC’s brand presence, drive sales growth, and maximize product visibility across modern trade and retail channels in Mexico. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and retail partners to ensure effective promotional campaigns, strong in-store execution, and impactful trade marketing initiatives that support overall business objectives.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales growth and strengthen brand visibility across retail channels.
• Plan and manage trade promotions, in-store activations, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to align trade marketing activities with business objectives, brand strategies, and sales targets.
• Manage in-store visibility and merchandising standards, including POSM, displays, gondolas, testers, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with retail partners and distributors to implement effective trade marketing programs and maximize product exposure.
• Monitor trade marketing budgets, promotional spending, and campaign effectiveness to ensure optimal ROI.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve trade marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor in-store execution, promotional compliance, pricing, product availability, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports on promotional performance, sell-in/sell-out trends, market activities, and trade marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of trade marketing campaigns and retail initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve market penetration, product visibility, and brand competitiveness across modern trade and beauty retail channels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, or a related commercial marketing role within the FMCG industry, preferably in Personal Care, Skincare, or Beauty.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with modern trade channels, particularly health and beauty retailers, department stores, pharmacies, or other relevant retail chains.
• Strong understanding of trade marketing strategies, in-store execution, merchandising, and promotional campaign management.
• Proven ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and promotional performance to develop actionable business strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales reporting and data analysis is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
