Job summary

SKINTIFIC seeks a Senior Trade Marketing Associate to develop and execute trade marketing strategies for Mexico's modern trade and retail channels. You will drive promotions, in-store execution, and brand visibility in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to meet business goals.

The role requires 4+ years in trade marketing within FMCG, fluent English, and hands-on experience with health/beauty retailers. Travel to stores for monitoring and ROI analysis will be part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing or related commercial marketing within FMCG.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with modern trade channels in health/beauty retail, department stores or pharmacies.
• Strong understanding of in-store execution, merchandising, and promotional campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand visibility across retail channels.
• Plan and manage trade promotions, in-store activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage in-store visibility, POSM, displays, gondolas, testers and other materials.
• Collaborate with retail partners and distributors to maximize product exposure.
• Monitor budgets, promotional spend, and campaign ROI.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to improve strategies.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare reports on promotional performance and sell-in/sell-out trends.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve market penetration and brand competitiveness across channels.
