Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and develop the HR team in Mexico.
• Manage full cycle recruiting for Mexico hourly and salaried staff.
• Administer benefits programs in Mexico in partnership with Global HR.
• Oversee HRIS accuracy and timely record maintenance.
• Collaborate with payroll on time reporting and deductions.
• Partner with managers to resolve performance issues and conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with country and local regulations; lead union negotiations.
• Keep policies up to date and communicate changes to employees.
• Coordinate compliance training and related requirements.
• Oversee compensation structures and job descriptions.
• Drive employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
