Job summary

Nidec Corporation is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to drive global operations and regional growth, including Mexico. You will lead manufacturing strategy, scheduling, and cost improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The role requires senior leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage P&L and complex cross-functional initiatives. Travel and multilingual capabilities are beneficial as you partner with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or above required.
• MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive Manufacturing experience, at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Manufacturing activities across the global footprint including Mexico; develop regional footprints to support in-region manufacturing strategy.
• Implement manufacturing best practices and align vision, strategy, processes, and policies to improve performance.
• Lead cost productivity programs and schedule master production to meet OEE targets and drive continuous improvement.
