Job summary

Leading a team of HR professionals, you will shape workforce planning, development, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with Legal on escalated issues and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience including people leadership or significant functional leadership
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment practices

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Service Delivery: achieve HR targets and service levels
• Talent & Performance Management: support onboarding, performance reviews, and development
• Employee Relations & Compliance: handle employee relations within policy and legal frameworks
• HR Policy & Program Execution: run compensation, benefits, learning, engagement programs
• Stakeholder Communication & Influence: communicate policies to leaders and teams
• People Leadership & Talent Management: lead HR team and guide hiring decisions
