Segment (Twilio) seeks an HR Manager in Mexico City to own the employee lifecycle for field technicians and corporate staff. You will implement onboarding, off-boarding, performance management, and payroll-related changes in alignment with local law.

You will guide managers on policy interpretation, handle worker’s compensation coordination, and ensure compliance across benefits and payroll, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes.

Formación

• 5–7 years of HR Generalist or HR Manager experience, supporting field and corporate workforces.
• Experience advising employees and managers across org levels.
• Knowledge of Mexican employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Word and written English proficiency is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full employee lifecycle across field and corporate employees: onboarding, off-boarding, performance management, salary changes, leaves, and permissions per Mexican law.
• Provide guidance on workplace issues, policy interpretation, and disciplinary procedures.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation claims from incident reporting to return-to-work coordination with payroll, legal, and insurers.
• Collaborate with managers to reinforce safety and equipment operation practices, tracking related compliance and certifications.
• Maintain compliance with Mexican employment law, including training, classifications, wage laws, and benefits.
• Provide HR leadership across benefits, compliance, and people programs while partnering with Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
• Understand EOR arrangement boundaries and collaborate with the on-site EOR to delineate responsibilities.
• May manage vendor relationships (facilities temp agencies, maintenance, security).
• Address high-volume daily HR needs and ad-hoc projects for the Mexico team.
