Impulso y Talento is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and oversee HR operations within a corporate, international setting in Mexico. You will ensure operational excellence, labor compliance, and a superior employee experience while working with HR Business Partners and CoEs.

Responsibilities include managing the HR lifecycle, compensation and benefits, headcount, budgets, KPIs, and HR reporting, with a focus on Mexican Labor Law and multinational corporate standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall HR Operations function.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including hiring, onboarding, administration, movements, and terminations.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits processes.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican Labor Law and internal policies.
• Oversee employee and labor relations.
• Manage headcount, HR budget, and KPIs.
• Coordinate HR reports to support business decisions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and CoEs to implement HR initiatives.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations team.
