Gateway Search in Mexico City seeks an HR leader to design, build, and scale a comprehensive local HR ecosystem, covering talent acquisition, employee relations, and core HR operations.

You will ensure practices comply with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and local tax requirements, while adapting global policies to the Mexican context. Collaborate with business leaders and recruitment partners to map local talent and drive growth.

Formación

• Experience designing and scaling local HR ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and employment practices.
• Ability to implement global HR policies locally.

Responsabilidades

• HR Architecture: Design, build, and scale a comprehensive local HR ecosystem from the ground up, encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, and core HR operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all workplace practices, corporate policies, and employment contracts strictly align with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and local tax requirements.
• Policy Localization: Adapt and execute global HR strategies and corporate culture initiatives to fit the Mexican cultural and legal framework.
• Talent & Team Building: Partner with business leaders and external recruitment agencies to drive local talent mapping, hiring pipelines, and organizational growth.
