Indegene Inc. in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Country Manager - Mexico to oversee HR, compliance and people operations with an operational breadth. This hands-on role partners with offshore GDC teams to set strategic direction and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

You will work across HR, Finance, Legal and Operations in a matrixed environment, guiding onboarding, payroll, benefits, and exit processes while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Indegene policies.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Acquisition Support Partner responsibilities: coordinate with onshore Talent Acquisition teams and local staffing vendors; oversee end-to-end onboarding for Mexico-based hires; ensure registration with IMSS and SAT; liaise with TAG and HROps.
