Carestream Health seeks a Director, Site Operations & Legal to lead its Mexico entity and Guadalajara operations. You will oversee daily site leadership while serving as the primary legal advisor on employment, commercial, corporate, compliance, and operational matters for the companys US and global customers.

You will coordinate Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Facilities, and Administrative Services, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, regulatory compliance, and effective

Formación

• JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice law in Mexico.
• 10+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations operating in Mexico.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for Carestream Health's Mexico legal entity and Guadalajara operations.
• Coordinate the activities of multiple business functions at the site (Finance, HR, Procurement, Facilities, Legal).
• Provide practical legal guidance on employment, commercial, corporate, compliance, and operational matters.
• Balance legal risk with business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
