IT8 in Mexico is seeking a Country Manager to lead all technical operations across the country. This hands-on leadership role combines program management with regional general management, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will align market strategy with operations, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure projects are staffed with top talent while complying with local laws. The role requires engineering or business background and English fluency for cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• University degree in Business or Engineering.
• 2+ years in a technical or commercial role within automotive/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of engineering and technical roles and OEMs/Tier 1s.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate all country operations to align with corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve revenue and operational goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
• Staff projects with top internal talent and external contractors, on time and compliant.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within the country’s operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Provide performance reporting on operational metrics to senior management.
