Impulso Y Talento is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR operations in a corporate, international environment. You will drive labor compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and a superior employee experience while collaborating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR or Business, with 5+ years in HR operations, knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and major HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday), and fluent English.

• 5+ years leading HR Operations or similar functions.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and personnel administration.
• Experience managing headcount, budgets, KPIs and HR reporting.
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HR systems.
• Conversational English is mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and oversee the effective execution of Human Resources operations within a corporate and international environment.

This role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, labor compliance, and an outstanding employee experience, working closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR Operations function.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, personnel administration, employee movements, and terminations.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits processes.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican Labor Law and internal corporate policies.
• Oversee employee and labor relations.
• Manage Headcount, HR budget, and key HR metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinate HR reports and provide relevant information to support business decision-making.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to implement HR initiatives.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading HR Operations or similar functions.
• Strong experience in personnel administration, compensation & benefits, labor relations, and talent acquisition.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and personnel administration.
• Experience managing Headcount, budgets, KPIs, and HR reporting.
• Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HR systems.
• Previous experience in multinational or highly structured corporate environments.
• Conversational English is mandatory.

Compensation

Up to MXN $60,000 gross monthly salary

• Annual bonus equivalent to up to 2 months of salary
