Aplazo is seeking a Territory Supervisor for Mexico City to lead and scale our business and people in a high-growth fintech context. You will drive revenue and profitability while balancing operations and commercial priorities.

You will own budgets and headcount planning, define expansion strategies, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across a large geographic area.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: 5+ years in Operations, Sales, or Account Management with at least 1 year of people leadership.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Technical: Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the business leader for the territory, driving financial performance across revenue and profitability.
• Own financial planning and resource allocation (budget, time, headcount).
• Define and execute strategies to expand the business and increase market share within the territory.
• Lead a commercial team to build the strongest portfolio of merchants across a large geographic area.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, and other teams to deliver the best customer experience.
• Define and lead change management initiatives to keep the business adaptable to merchants' needs.
• Develop and lead expansion plans for strategic accounts.
