Databricks is seeking an experienced pre-sales Solutions Architect based in Mexico City to drive data-driven transformations for large enterprise accounts. You will collaborate with the Enterprise Account Executive to define technical strategy and lead proofs of concept, enabling deeper adoption of ML and AI across the organization.

You will build technical champions, mentor teammates, and align technical initiatives with business goals while traveling up to 50% across LATAM.

Formación

• Proven track record in value selling and pre-sales leadership.
• Experience guiding large enterprise accounts through data-driven transformations.
• Strong technical acumen in big data, data science and cloud.
• Ability to establish virtual collaboration and drive customer outcomes.
• Experience presenting to executives and influencing decisions.
• Nice to have Databricks and Cloud Provider Certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
• Lead customers through transformational journeys evaluating and adopting Databricks solutions.
• Implement technical strategy within accounts and align with customer goals.
• Build a movement of technical champions across accounts.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with business partners.
• Lead webinars and workshops to accelerate adoption.
