CI&T is seeking an experienced Master Data Architect to own the data modernization engagement for a new client. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Mexico, North America, and Latin America, guiding the long-term technical direction from design through deployment.

Formación

• Advanced/ Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Advanced/ Fluent Spanish (C1 or above).
• Solid experience in data architecture design and technical leadership.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying pipelines, data lakes, data meshes, and other data products.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration and workflow automation.
• Solid experience translating business problems into data solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership: Lead the team technically, enabling data scientists and data developers to build, enhance, and maintain data products across the engagement
• Architecture & Design: Participate in design and architecture discussions, defining solutions that follow security and performance best practices
• Solution Strategy: Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions by selecting appropriate frameworks and approaches
• Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate directly with client team members to align technical solutions with business needs, balancing perspectives from technical leadership and business leadership
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product, and non-technical program management teams to ensure solutions serve broader business goals
• Delivery Environment: Guarantee a stable and productive development environment for the team
• Data Assessment: Participate in data assessments and complex data modernization engagements, identifying priorities that deliver incremental value
• Practice Connection: Maintain direct connection with CI&T's data practice, contributing to and drawing on shared expertise across projects and clients
• Multi-market Delivery: Work across a variety of projects, clients, and subject-matter domains in coordination with teams in Mexico, North America, Brazil, and other Latin American countries
