Arrive Logistics is seeking a Second-Shift Mexico Account Associate in Guadalajara to manage daily operations for client accounts. You will focus on load building, appointments, and tracking shipments while updating internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a 3PL or supply chain environment.
• 1+ years of cross-border experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Obtain pickup and delivery appointments and ensure accurate data entry.
• Communicate proactively with Carrier reps and customer contacts for updates.
• Resolve issues with urgency to meet customer needs.
• Understand KPIs, review performance, and propose improvements and cost savings.
• Manage load board daily, including data entry, tracking, and closing loads.
