The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership skills, and experience in sales management within the electronic component industry. The position requires effective communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Formación

• 8 years of related experience preferred in sales management or related industries.
• Preferred experience in electronic components or relevant industries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual sales plans for Mexico branch.
• Manage branch sales programs and teams effectively.
• Expand customer base and enhance existing customer relationships.
