This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in electronic components. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, with travel requirements of up to 50%.

Formación

• 8 years of experience in sales and sales management preferred.
• Preferred experience in the electronic component industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual sales plans for the Mexico branch.

• Hire, train, and lead a team of branch sales personnel.
• Expand business within current customer accounts.
