TTI, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to provide critical support for training content, policy management, and onboarding. This role centers on improving processes across the Mexico Global Resource Center and working with regional teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of experience, with fluency in English and Spanish, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1–3 years of experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to learn company policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Create and help develop training content.
• Assist with policy management on ISO, JWI, and Selling.
• Centralize corporate department ambassadorships for rolling out process changes.
• Onboard new employees in Express system and TTI business tools.
• Collaborate with Lead team to maintain an efficient sales cycle.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
• Support GRC projects and presentation creation.
• Analyze monthly GRC quality metrics using Express and PowerBI.
• Maintain effective team communication and promote TTI culture.
