Clara is the leading spend management platform for Latin America, providing corporate cards, expense management, and AP automation across Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. Our mission is to give every company in the region complete control of their spending.

This squad‑lead role owns the BillPay MX experience—payment flows, bank integrations, and back‑office tooling. You’ll collaborate with engineers, design, compliance, and sales to deliver a reliable, compliant Mexican market solution.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years owning payments/financial infrastructure products.
• Hands-on experience with payment rails, banking APIs, or financial infrastructure at product level.
• Comfortable working with engineers as peers, not through managers.

Responsabilidades

• Own discovery, prioritization, and outcomes for the BillPay MX squad.
• Define and track metrics: payment success, settlement time, reconciliation error rate.
• Design and iterate on disbursement workflows for suppliers.
