Clara, a leading Latin American payments platform, is seeking a Product Lead, Collections to own the strategy and outcomes for the Collections squad across Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil. You will align risk, finance, and customer experience to recover what is owed efficiently and compliantly.

You will partner with engineering to ensure uptime and rapid recovery, while exploring AI-enabled improvements and end-to-end lifecycle tooling.

Formación

• English proficiency required; strong written and verbal communication.
• 5+ years in product management with 2+ years in credit/collections/risk products.
• Proven track record of moving core metrics from discovery to execution.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, services, databases and GitHub workflows.
• Experience with AI tools to automate workflows and validate ideas.
• Strong SQL, cohort analysis, and experimentation skills.
• Cross-functional alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
• Adaptability and bias toward action in fast-changing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own discovery, prioritization, and outcomes for the squad, impacting recovery rates and costs.
• Collaborate weekly with finance and collections teams to automate tasks.
• Design and iterate collections workflows from nudges to escalation paths.
• Manage delinquent tools and regulatory compliance across MX, CO, BR markets.
• Prototype ideas using AI tools and contribute code changes via GitHub PRs.
• Partner with engineering to ensure uptime and rapid recovery processes.
