Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Consejero/a de Reinserción Laboral to join a fully remote team. The role focuses on helping individuals facing employment barriers re-enter the workforce through personalized career counseling, job search support, and skill development conducted remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years in career counseling, and strong Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, HR, Career Counseling, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in career counseling, employment services, or workforce development.
Proven ability to conduct effective remote counseling and coaching sessions.
Spanish fluency is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct remote assessments of clients' skills, experience, and career goals.
Provide one-on-one virtual career counseling and coaching.
Assist clients in developing resumes, cover letters, and online profiles.
Guide clients through remote job search strategies and application processes.
Prepare clients for virtual interviews and provide feedback.
Identify and connect clients with training programs and skill-building opportunities.
Liaise with employers and potential hiring managers to explore job openings for clients.
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support throughout the job search and integration period.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records using secure online systems.
Stay informed about labor market trends and employment resources.
