Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Consejero/a de Bienestar Integral to guide clients on holistic wellness journeys. This remote role involves assessing, designing, and delivering personalized plans covering physical health, mental well-being, nutrition, and stress management through virtual coaching sessions.

You will educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, track progress, and adapt plans while staying informed on current wellness research and practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in wellness coaching or health counseling.
• Certification from NBHWC or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress management.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Experience with virtual coaching and client management software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments with clients remotely.
• Develop individualized wellness plans addressing physical, mental, emotional, and nutritional aspects.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support through video calls, phone calls, and messaging.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, habit formation, and goal setting.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with research and best practices in wellness, nutrition, and behavioral change.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals as needed for comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Contribute to the development of wellness resources and content.
