Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Coordinador/a de Servicios para Jóvenes en Riesgo to remotely oversee programs for at-risk youth. You will develop, implement, and coordinate services, build partnerships with schools and agencies, and provide case management and mentoring in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in youth-focused program coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for social justice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Youth Development, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with at-risk youth in a program coordination or case management role.
• Experience in developing and implementing youth-focused programs.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and challenges faced by at-risk youth.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Superb communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in volunteer management is a plus.
• Passion for youth empowerment and social justice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage programs and services for at-risk youth.
• Coordinate outreach to identify and engage eligible youth in programs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Provide case management and individual support to participants.
• Organize and facilitate virtual workshops, mentoring, and activities.
• Track progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare reports.
• Manage program budgets and ensure responsible use of resources.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards.
• Advocate for youth needs within communities and educational systems.
