Placements24 is seeking an experienced Coordinador/a de Proyectos de Inclusión Social for a fully remote role, driving initiatives that promote equity and access for marginalized communities. You will design, implement, and manage projects focused on social inclusion and community empowerment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of project management experience, strong virtual collaboration skills (Asana, Trello, Teams), and a passion for social justice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with focus on social inclusion, community development, or human rights programs.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating social projects.
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in remote contexts.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines remotely.
• Fundraising and grant management experience is a plus.
• Passion for driving social change and empowering marginalized communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, planning, and execution of social inclusion projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct needs assessments and research to identify intervention areas and project focus.
• Foster collaborative relationships with community partners, NGOs, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Develop strategies for community engagement and participation in project activities.
• Monitor progress, collect impact data, and prepare reports for management and funders.
• Facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions for participants and stakeholders.
• Ensure activities align with social justice and equity principles.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and adapt strategies as needed.
