The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years in career counseling, and strong Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, HR, Career Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in career counseling, employment services, or workforce development.
• Proven ability to conduct effective remote counseling and coaching sessions.
• Spanish fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of clients' skills, experience, and career goals.
• Provide one-on-one virtual career counseling and coaching.
• Assist clients in developing resumes, cover letters, and online profiles.
• Guide clients through remote job search strategies and application processes.
• Prepare clients for virtual interviews and provide feedback.
• Identify and connect clients with training programs and skill-building opportunities.
• Liaise with employers and potential hiring managers to explore job openings for clients.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support throughout the job search and integration period.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using secure online systems.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Consejero/a de Reinserción Laboral to join their fully remote team. This position is dedicated to assisting individuals facing employment barriers, such as long-term unemployment, disabilities, or criminal records, in re-entering the workforce. The role involves providing personalized career counseling, job search assistance, and skill development support to clients remotely. This is a remote-first position, utilizing digital tools and platforms to connect with and support clients across various locations, including the San Luis Potosí region. The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching abilities and a deep understanding of the job market and hiring processes.
