ResortCom International is seeking a multilingual Reservation Agent in Mexico to manage inbound and outbound calls for bookings, payments and service inquiries. You will promote vacation experiences, explain packages and assist with customizing each stay while upholding ResortCom’s service standards.

You will work toward daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, learning resort offerings and company policies, with opportunities for progression. Training and weekend scheduling may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Trilingual (French, English and Spanish) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-sales environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Our Member Services Agents provides World Class Service to all inbound and outbound calls from our members supporting their reservations needs. The right candidate for this position matches the quality of our resorts – 5 diamonds!Pay InformationØ French Reservation Agent (Spanish, French & English) - $23,000 Pesos monthly + 10% attendance bonus. monthly commission which can range from $2,000-$10,000 depending on KPI achievements. Agents will be scheduled for 40 hours per week.
