RESORTCOM INTERNATIONAL MEXICO is seeking a Services Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist members with financial obligations, and provide solutions to enhance their vacation experience. You will educate members on services, deadlines, and policies while maintaining product knowledge.

The role offers three levels (I-III) based on experience, with a monthly salary of 20,000 MXN plus a monthly bonus, and benefits such as life insurance, savings fund, food voucher, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Provide World Class Service on all calls by using ResortCom Call Quality model
• Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting members with financial obligations
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints through proper research, identify solutions and accept ownership
• Educate members on services offered and payment deadlines
• Maintain a working knowledge of all resorts, company policies, procedures, and services
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly service level goals
• Willingness to work flexible schedules that varies according to business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
