RESORTCOM INTERNATIONAL MEXICO is seeking a Services Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist members with financial obligations, and provide solutions to enhance their vacation experience. You will educate members on services, deadlines, and policies while maintaining product knowledge.

The role offers three levels (I-III) based on experience, with a monthly salary of 20,000 MXN plus a monthly bonus, and benefits such as life insurance, savings fund, food voucher, and more.

Our Services Agent provides World Class Service with all inbound and outbound calls from our members servicing their welcome call, financial needs, provide solutions that will help their vacation experience, resolve problems, fulfil requests, and maintain product knowledge.

Work Environment

The work for this position is conducted in an office environment. The noise level in this environment is usually moderate. Travel will be required to receive training, attend meetings and develop relationships with other professionals. Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.
