ResortCom International is seeking a bilingual Services Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls from members, addressing welcome calls, financial needs, and service requests. You will resolve issues, provide solutions, and maintain product knowledge to ensure a world-class experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work under pressure.
