ResortCom International busca un/a Agente de Reservas de Servicios para Miembros en México. Proporcionar servicio de clase mundial en todas las llamadas entrantes y salientes para atender requerimientos de reservas y pagos.

El candidato ideal será bilingüe (inglés/español), con habilidades organizativas y de ventas, capaz de trabajar bajo presión y cumplir metas diarias. Empleo presencial con sueldo base competitivo y comisiones por desempeño.

Qualifications

• Bilingüe inglés/español requerido.
• Diploma de secundaria obligatorio.
• Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.

Responsibilities

• Gestionar llamadas entrantes y salientes para consultas de reservas.
• Proporcionar servicio de clase mundial y resolver problemas de clientes.
• Educar a los miembros sobre amenidades y servicios del resort.
• Cumplir o superar metas de ventas diarias y semanales.
• Mantener conocimiento de hoteles, políticas y servicios de ResortCom.

Our Member Services Agents provides World Class Service to all inbound and outbound calls from our members supporting their reservations needs. In our fast-paced, exciting environment, your day will consist of various call scenarios ranging from assisting with payments, helping to determine the best financial solutions & providing answers to questions about vacation experiences…And so much more.The greatest part of the role is that you can assist our members with booking the best vacation experience! From finding multiple promotional offers to assisting with customizing each vacation – you will be a professional at it all! Meal plan packages, spa certificates, transportation activities and EVEN all the fun offsite excursions you get to experience! The right candidate for this position matches the quality of our resorts – 5 diamonds!Pay InformationØ Reservation Agent (Spanish & English) - $22,000 Pesos monthly + 10% attendance bonus. monthly commission which can range from $2,000-$10,000 depending on KPI achievements. Agents will be scheduled for 40 hours per week.
