Element Fleet Management is seeking a Program Supervisor to work with the local fleet team and regional teams in Mexico, driving the rollout and growth of Mega account programs. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Insurance, End-of-lease, and Sourcing to build supplier networks and automation initiatives for client needs.

The role emphasizes supervising fleet operations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, monitoring service levels, and reporting KPIs while collaborating with client teams

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Automotive) with relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service and teamwork.
• Experience in project development, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in contact centers with clients.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of project management, data analysis and interpretation.
• Business process design.
• Database management and Power BI or similar tools.
• Leadership and team management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience generating decision-making reports and evaluating team performance.
• Strong negotiation skills with workshops and end clients.
• Flexible, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, pivot tables, DB analysis).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and actively manage fleet operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational consistency.
• Monitor service levels, manage KPIs, and report information to clients.
• Collaborate with local client team and regional team to develop the program.
• Audit/visit providers and the client to ensure service aligns with proposal.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly review documents and present to the client.
