Element Fleet Management México is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to guide a software and QA team delivering digital solutions for Mexico initiatives. You will provide hands-on technical leadership while mentoring engineers and coordinating with Product Management and MX Director, IT Solutions and Operations.
The role emphasizes architecture direction, delivery reliability, and continuous improvement of development practices, with a strong focus on cloud, CI/CD, and scalable enterprise
Formación
- Experience leading software engineering teams or acting as a technical lead for fullstack development initiatives.
- Hands-on software development across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and databases.
- Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a team of developers and QA professionals, setting expectations and supporting growth.
- Provide technical direction for application design, fullstack development, and platform modernization.
- Partner with Product Management to plan sprints, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery commitments.
- Ensure strong engineering practices: code review, testing, release readiness, monitoring, and incident response.
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and collaboration across teams.
