With 6 to 8 years of experience in operations and strong leadership skills, you will enhance performance and drive strategic projects while collaborating cross-functionally.

Formación

• 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, preferably in rent-a-car or supply chain.
• 2 to 5 years managing teams with a focus on performance management.
• Fluency in English and a regional language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operational processes and ensure coordination.
• Lead and develop a team of Asset Analysts through coaching.
• Act as the main regional contact for key suppliers.
