Job summary

HARMAN Automotive is seeking a Project Coordinator in Monterrey area to drive security, quality, delivery, and cost performance for automotive product lines. The role emphasizes documentation control, process changes, and close collaboration with Program Managers. Travel and office work are required.

The candidate should have 3+ years in industrial product manufacturing, knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, and continuous improvement methods, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic or Electromechanical fields.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, Engineering Changes and document control.
• Experience in coordinating new projects and implementing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring meetings to track project progress.
• Coordinate creation of Purchase Requests for project equipment with Process & Test Engineering.
• Maintain project status using tools like MS Project and ensure PLM status review.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management Systems.
• Represent customer needs in internal functions per Quality System requirements.
