HARMAN Automotive in Ciudad Juárez seeks an Engineering Manager to lead plant engineering activities focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. You will coordinate documentation and PFMEAs, drive changes with cross‑functional teams, and ensure ISO 14001/45001 compliance and strong customer alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of PFMEAs, BOMs, engineering changes, and documentation control.
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial product manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of experience coordinating new projects.
• 5 years of experience implementing continuous improvement and excellence methods.
• Advanced English level, including reading and writing skills that allow fluid presentations.
• Knowledge of applicable customer‑specific requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support recurring internal and external meetings to track project progress.
• Coordinate the generation and release of required documentation, including PFMEAs, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, and related engineering documentation.
• Coordinate the creation of purchase requests for equipment required for projects in collaboration with Process Engineering and Test Engineering.
• Maintain project status using tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Ensure compliance with the quality systems and environmental management systems implemented in the company.
• Coordinate process changes with Engineering teams and support timely implementation.
• Coordinate product changes with Program Managers and support timely implementation.
• Review and follow up on PLM status.
• Identify and record product and process changes in part history.
• Participate in and provide support for quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems.
