Job summary

HARMAN International in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks an experienced industrial project engineer to drive product launches, process improvements and packaging changes in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate documentation, manage supplier and internal teams, ensure quality and environmental compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline as listed.
• 5+ years in industrial product manufacturing and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, engineering changes, and documentation control.
• Willingness to travel and work at the office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new models launches and maturity gates aligned with milestones.
• Lead BOM changes and engineering change documentation in plant.
• Ensure quality systems and environmental management compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
