OPmobility in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Group Leader, Program Management to lead and grow a team of Program Managers, driving alignment with customer programs and business goals. You will mentor, set direction, and ensure best practices across the portfolio in a manufacturing/automotive environment.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in program management, 3+ years of people leadership, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration,
Formación
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
- Provide strategic oversight of multiple customer programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary communication link between Program Managers, senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Program Management organization and drive standardization of tools and processes.
