Job summary

HARMAN Automotive in Ciudad Juárez seeks a results-driven professional to drive process improvements in manufacturing. You will manage documentation, coordinate new project activities, and ensure ISO compliance while aligning with customer requirements and quality systems.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, strong coordination skills, and English proficiency to support cross-functional teams and external partners. Travel may be required in pursuit of program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics or Electromechanical.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial product manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of experience coordinating new projects.
• 3 years implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence methods.
• English 90%, advanced level (reading/writing) for presentations.
• Knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, engineering changes, documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Support meetings to track project progress.
• Coordinate generation and release of PFMEAS, flowcharts, control plans, visual aids, etc.
• Coordinate creation of purchase requests for project equipment with Process & Test Engineering.
• Maintain project status using MS Project.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Coordinate changes to processes and products with Engineering and Program Managers.
• Represent customer needs in internal functions per Quality System requirements.
• Lead model introductions, maturity gates, and compliance assurance.
• Provide timely management inputs for operational and strategic decisions.
