Job summary

HARMAN in Mexico is seeking a Launch/Industrialization Engineer to drive manufacturing readiness for new models and ensure achievement of quality, delivery, and cost KPIs. You will coordinate documentation, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain rigorous process control throughout the product lifecycle.

The role demands PFMEAS, BOM management, and engineering changes, with strong communication in English and willingness to travel as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering with emphasis on manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, engineering changes and documentation control; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Supports recurring meetings to track project progress and milestones.
• Coordinates generation and release of PFMEAS, flowcharts, control plans, visual aids and VJIs.
• Maintains and improves project status using project management tools.
• Ensures compliance with quality and environmental management systems.
• Coordinates process and product changes with Engineering and Program Managers.
• Reviews PLM status and aligns with customer requirements and expectations.
