Tenneco in Puebla is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a new Program Management Office and oversee automotive programs from planning through launch and stabilization. You will coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure timing, cost and delivery goals are met, with strong interaction with OEM customers.

• At least 7 years of experience in automotive program management, project management, product development or launches.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional automotive programs.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP and automotive product-launch processes.
• Experience interacting directly with OEM customers and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of program costs, investments and profitability.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to influence teams and drive accountability without relying on direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer and engineering changes and assess their impact on timing, cost and execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable program management and automotive quality requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement and standardization of PMO processes.

The Program Manager will coordinate activities across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and other key functions to ensure programs meet their timing, cost, quality and delivery objectives.
