MAHLE, Monterrey location, seeks a Production Coordinator to lead production operations, optimize personnel, equipment and resources to meet production, quality and financial targets. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient environment while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role requires 3–5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, automotive experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, engineers, technicians and indirect personnel.
• Automotive industry experience required with knowledge of manufacturing terminology and processes.
• Knowledge of stamping and assembly manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CQI and BDA methodologies.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 awareness; ISO management systems desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and continuous improvement skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate production activities to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Lead and develop supervisors, engineers, technicians, and indirect personnel.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions for quality and productivity.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, onboarding, and development.
• Support new product launches and coordinate related production activities.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, OEA, and C-TPAT standards.
